FAQ
Q. Are you able to work with clients long distance?
A. Yes. In fact, I have multiple clients that I work with long distance. Through emails and phone calls, I am able to communicate, deliver design goods, and procure payment. I am also happy to travel to meet clients if the situation merits a face-to-face meeting.
Q. What if I’m not sure what kind of design I am looking for?
A. Don’t worry. Many people I work with don’t know where to start with design, or aren’t very sure how to communicate a design idea they have. I will ask the questions to provoke the discussion and get the conversation moving forward.
Q. When is payment due?
A. When I have delivered the first draft of a project, the payment is due and payable. Payment instructions will come with that email.
If I end up putting more work into a project than is covered by the quoted fee and (included) one round of changes, the second bill (the bill for the remainder) will be due when the client approves the final draft. Final artwork will be sent after this bill is paid.
